These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RideLog BD governing your access to and use of the RideLog BD mobile application, web platform, telemetry systems, and community tour services.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the Android/iOS application, or accessing https://ridelogbd.com, you confirm that you are at least the legal driving age in your jurisdiction and have the full authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using RideLog BD immediately.
1. Road Safety & Legal Compliance (Critical Notice)

Safety on public roads and highways is of the utmost importance. By using RideLog BD, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Always wear certified safety helmets, adhere strictly to speed limits, and obey all national and local road transport regulations.
Never interact with screens or touch inputs while your motorcycle is in motion. Use hands-free voice intercom or configure logs only when safely parked.
Motorcycle riding carries inherent road hazards. RideLog BD accepts zero liability for accidents, collisions, fines, or personal injuries.
2. User Accounts, Security & Permanent Deletion
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (Email, Google Auth, or Guest Keys) and all actions performed under your account.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree that all odometer inputs, fuel cost calculations, and document photos uploaded belong to you and are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Permanent Account Deletion: In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, you can permanently delete your account and all stored records at any time directly through the in-app profile settings (
Profile > Permanently Delete Account).

When participating in motorcycle group tours, live map sharing, common fund split calculations, and WebRTC rider intercom voice sessions:
4. Intellectual Property & User License
All RideLog BD logos, UI designs, codebases, telemetry tracking algorithms, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of RideLog BD and Md Wadud Hossain (Coder Wadud). We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to install and use the app for managing your personal motorcycle logs and rides.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
RideLog BD is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
While we utilize high-precision GPS algorithms and reliable cloud backends, satellite reception in remote valleys, poor cellular reception, or battery saver restrictions may cause occasional telemetry gaps. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideLog BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
